same thing can be said about the testing, Mayweather isnt tryna change the rules, he is meerly suggesting/requesting that BOTH fighters AGREE to RANDOM Blood & urine test.

..they have the right to make agreements in their contract that has nothing to do with NSAC..eg: catch weights, weight penalties, extra testing..there is no rule againt extra testing..Pac agreed than changed his mind..simple.
