The catch weight demanding blood test ducking ***** should do us a favor and retire. I don't want to see fights with damaged goods punching bags like Margarito and Cotto. This is the reason why Pacquiao shouldn't be #1.

What rubbish. Anyone who said that has absolutely no idea how the P4P rankings work. No one who knows about boxing ever said that.

But, after holding a win over Cotto and Clottey who both were ranked top 5 at the time. And, then you count that Shane had been inactive for over a year. Then Pac desever the #1 spot.
Even so, Clottey and Cotto were both ranked below Mosley. You have to beat the number 1 guy to get the number 1 spot. If you want to move Pac ahead of Mosley because he was inactive that's fine, but then you have to move everyone else above him and eventually remove Mosley for the same reason.

Somehow that aging shane mosley is the fighther pac openly ducked he didn't wanted no part of that. He beat a cotto who had taken so much punishment from margarito and clottey a weak chin cotto who was not even allowed to come at the welterweight limit umm thats really impressive to you??? instead of what mayweather did to mosley the top guy at 147???

Seriously do you even know **** about boxing or are you just a ****** pac fan???? Im surprised you even write articles for this website your messing up boxingscenes reputation. P4P is the best fighter the best skilled fighter and pbf proved it last saturday he won the last 9 rounds to mosley and mosley is a better boxer overall than pacquiao not to mention stronger what makes you think pacquiao will win at least one round. If anything ill give pacquiao the first two or only the first round there after pacquiao will get beat easily won't be surprised it is a whitewash like JMM.

Pacquia got hit like a pinata against clottey and clottey was just standing there like a punching bag whenever he let his hands go he landed with ease. Im sorry to burst your bubble but pbf dominance of mosley and JMM is far more impressive than pacquiaos wins over cotto and clottey specially a cotto who had taken in so much punishment.

It should also be taken into consideration that Team Pac chose Cotto over Mosley and wanted Mosley at, reportedly, even more abusive catch weights than they wound up accepting with Cotto.

Mosley arguably being ducked by Pacquiao/his team has to be taken into account when rating Welterweights.

Money beats Pacman. He will simply out box him and when Pac gets reckless hell eat the canvas. I no everyone wants him to win but Money is too good.Skills beat hype 10 out of 10

Ha! Thats why he fought a younger and fresher Joshua Clotty because he was ducking Shane.

No you don't. You have to beat the champ to be the champ. You don't have to beat the #1 rank guy to be ranked #1. You're mistaken championships with rankings.
