Pac really hasn't improved the stuff that he would need to beat Floyd, his chin, heart and power have been very impressive since Marquez 2, has his defense or boxing skills? i don't really think so. Cotto ran from round 5 onwards and boxed and moved (somewhat) Pac found it hard to track him down.
I don't like to use triangle theories but.. Marquez gave Pac all he could handle, Floyd as we saw had huge advantages over Marquez and they can fight similar..

If Pac doesn't take the tests he looks bad even if he wins, i don't believe he needs to get in his head.. but can you imagine 24/7 the **** Floyd would talk?? im pretty sure it would have some effect over Pac/Roach. He is in a no win situation.. you make 40 million plus and have a huge legacy fight in the process, which is very winnable.
No one wants to see the joke fights like Cotto/Pac @ 150 or Pac/Margarito vs a known cheater
