The only time I discredit Floyd is when he beat up a LW. Otherwise, I consider Floyd as a great facking boxer and Pac a great facking fighter.

The thing is both guys show more in their fights than I expect them too.

In the case of Pacquiao, against Hatton I expected it to be a battle he cleaned his clock. Against Cotto I thought Cotto would bully Pacquiao around it turned out to be the reverse.

With regards to Mayweather I expected him to outbox Mosley my concern going into the fight was that right of Mosley going over his defence. That worry came to fruition but Mayweather completely shut that problem out which I didn't expect.

I didn't expect him to dominate Mosley 10 rounds to 2 either.

Anyone who is a true boxing fan will speak about these 2 fighters to their Grand children. People who hop on the ****wagon I'm pretty sure they will forget about the sport completely when their fighter retires eventually they will fade from their memory.

I expected Floyd to win 9 rounds to 3 and I said before the fight he would be able to tee off on Mosley at times, and that Mosley would not be able to find him because Floyd would move away as Mosley telegraphs his punches.

Floyd won 10-1-1 instead of 9-3 that I expect and I can give him extra credit for that but is it enough to lift him to p4p#1? I don't think so.

I expected Pacquiao to run through Cotto and I didn't give him any more credit after the fight than I already did before. But never in my life I expected him to destroy Oscar and Hattonso easily. I also thought Clottey would win 2 or 3 rounds but he was completely shut out on my card.

The thing is deep down I think people are happy to see these fighters even if they hate them. If NSB was around in the times of Hagler/Hearns/Leonard/Duran imagine the e-beef!!

A lot more people are giving him due credit than usual. I've even seen a few members I previously thought of as totally unreasonable (baracuda springs to mind) complimenting his performace.
