None of this BS about how he wants to clean up boxing which is absurd. Floyd should be more upfront about it, confront Pacquiao that he thinks he's on something. This will be only way the fight will happen. Floyd should be more straight up about it, QUIT lieing about he wants to help the sport of boxing. The only reason these tests have come about is because the Mayweathers suspect pacquiao must be on something after destroying top WW's. They should explain why they think pacquiao is on to something and give valid reasons to why the tests are essential. I fed up with hearing it's for the sake of boxing, it's NOT.

He can't outright accuse him of anything without proof because he'll be opening a can of worms. Him implementing the OST is enough for him to sit back and let everything unfold on its own without him having to physically say Pacquiao's on anything, hence the su****ion by many.
But I think Manny will test...Comment

The Mayweather's have already done that in the past, remember it was Floyd Sr. who was one of the first to accuse Pacquiao of using PEDs.
"To help the sport" is just a cover story for the real reason, but Mayweather has already had a lawsuit filed against him by Pacquiao, why risk more money by accusing him directly again, it wouldn't make good business sense.Comment

More stringent testing would help the sport of boxing regardless of Mayweather's motivations. If you know about Pacquiao's lawsuit, then why are you questioning why Mayweather hasn't come out and directly accused Pacquiao of taking PEDs? Some of you don't even try to look at this objectively. The majority of you are clearly biased against Mayweather, it's sad.Comment
