this is only an opinion of floyd vs pac fans. you don't listen when he's saying he's willing to take the test upto whatever if the commission deems it necessary. besides that they will move the cut off to about 17 days. he's not ducking them. he's requesting them be stopped at a certain time frame so this fight is on an EVEN playing field.

if he looks weak from the blood test or doesn't feel mentally ready after a blood test. would you allow it to be postponed for a rain date? that's ****** if both aren't in it at 100%

I honestly see no reason not to take the test, so yes, I do find his absolute refusal to take such simple test a tad bit su****ious.
