The only thing which Pacquaio absolutely refuses is giving blood on a RANDOM date. Again, Pacquaio obviously has no problems with needles, he only has problems with needles on RANDOM dates.

The USADA's standard testing procedure which is highly effective at preventing cheaters from cheating is only effective if their testing is random. So why does Manny want to change the rules of their organization just for him, by setting cutoff dates, which would render the testing useless? Why does Manny demand ineffective drug testing?

What is Pacquaio scared of? Is he hiding something?
See what happened to Mosley for having his blood extracted so close to the fight? He was weak after the 4th round, breathing through his mouth. Floyd was doubly happy, he defeated Mosley, and he got those suckers' money ! Now will the USADA explain why Mosley was testes 8 times while May only 7? What were the dates their blood were extracted? What were the results?

yeah it would be good if they actually published the test results
otherwise what is the point of having the tests if the results
arent out in the open for the public to see

Yeah, they should be like the NSAC who publish test results from their fights weekly.

            Yes

I don't think I will respond to these threads anymore because I think Pac and his team are a disgrace to professional sports.

Think about the clean boxers he's ruined, Cotto & Jmm's families deserve better.

True boxing legacies have been ruined by these scam artist.

Voted yes because it is shady.
I dont know if Pacquiao is hiding because of fear of losing or because of taking illegal substances.

I think the most likely case is him having horrible representation. I think Koncz and most of all Bob Arum has killed this fight.

yes he is..he laid down the $10 million dolla penalty ..when floyd agreed (a true warrior) then suddenly paccy backed off..and filing the law suit shows u that he is up to something..he thought offense is the best defense.

And why did he call out floyd if he's not ready to take the tests..If i was pissed off at someone and I thought I could beat him I'd do 100 tests just to show the world that I'm the true p4p and don't forget he could have gotten the biggest payday in his career.

i don't think he's hiding anything. i believe he really does think blood draining weakens him.

the way i see it, how much of a difference can 24 days of juiced training really help? and even then, it's not even a full 24 days. if he was taking something, he'd have to give some time before the 24th day to have his system flush out anything he might have taken so he could pass a test right after the fight (which he has no problem taking). with that said, it's hard for me to believe that he's on anything.

i think he really does think blood testing will weaken him but that's such a weak excuse that he had to make up other excuses, which backfired because they, too, were also weak.
