lets be honest here, the guy has lost 3 times and 2 of them were knockouts
how can this guy be number 1 when you have floyd mayweather who is 41-0? Floyd is obviously the #1 fighter in the world, this isnt even a debate
the only people who make this an argument are *******s.
Floyd has never lost to bums (especially by knockout) so until he does, he remains #1.
And another thing i would like to say. If paul williams beats cintron this weekend, he is officially p4p #2 in the sport. Atleast williams one and only loss was to a guy who amounted to something in the sport. He didnt get ko'd by 2 bums like pac did. Not to mention he viciously avenged his 1 and only loss by a 1st round ko, so that chapter is done. If paul beats cintron, he is easily p4p#2 and floyd is easily p4p#1
i seriously hope people didnt forget pac has 3 losses...Comment

P4P ranking is based on skills rather than resume. You can have a great resume, but if you haven't looked good in your last couple couple fights you won't be ranked high on P4P lists. Resume wise I think Floyd beats Manny pretty easily, not only because he is unbeaten but also because he has been more convincing in the majority of his wins against arguably better competition. However, Pacquiao's recent performances have been extraordinary, which is why he is considered the P4P #1. Floyd's recent performances have also been very good, and in light of his dominating win over Mosley it might be time to transfer the P4P #1 title back to him.Comment

Muhammed Ali had 5 losses, yet many say he's the GOAT.
It's nice to be undefeated, but it doesn't mean so much. Manny's losses were a long time ago, he's improved a lot since then. At the present time, he's p4p #1.Comment
