If I were you, I would worry about ur boy Ward getting thru Green. Even though Green is a bum, he is no Mikkel Kessler. And even the next fight, when the most gifted "boxer" in the tournament, Dirrell, will clean him up and nobody will remember SOG.
Bookmarked to bump in August, for both counts. Please come back when I do.

I'm also confident S.O.G. will be remembered much longer than Vanes Martirosyan. LMFAO

You havent seen Vanes fight anyone huh?
His worst performance was against Ouma, and everyone forgets that he fought him less than 30 days after stopping NABF, NABO "champion" Willie Lee. Unless you watched him since day 1, ans seen him finishing people off in less than 6 rounds, your words dont mean anything.

I have to have seen a fighter from day 1 to assess him now? Your opinion on Ward probably means **** then, too?

Vanes is distinctly mediocre, my friend - time will tell.

And that's completed a hat-trick of reasons for me to bump this thread down the line.

          Later on, Slugger.

Do you really think he would practically beg Donaire to fight him if he was going to lose?

All im saying is, I dont want anybody here to be surprised if Vic takes advantage of over-hyped, Filipino Flash. I would want to give him a chance, because he has alot of potential, but what has he done since 2007? Vic has fought all top notch fighters while Nonito has been in hiding.
no, i dont think vic is capable of making adjustments. what you see is what you get with him. he cant switch tactics and box. doesnt matter what his people say.
he is not gonna outbox donaire.
what possible adjustment could he make?

that overhyped filipino boxed the sht out of vic and put him on his ass.
doesnt matter WHO vic has fought since, styles make fights and vic is the same fighter that fought in the first fight
            vic is made for donaire.

He did it somewhat for Mijares, but he's backslid progressively since in that regard.

Even if he did smarten up again and put on his nearest approximation of a boxer for Donaire, it's still not going to be enough - Nonito is not Mijares and Nonito is that much better than Vic.

exactly. mijares didnt have the punch to impede vic and he didnt have the foot speed to evade.
                  donaire has both

Man In Black would obviously think its completely unreasonable to judge Andre Ward on the fight where he was knocked down by Darnell Boone.

But it's fine to judge a young, largely untested fighter that defended a belt he had just won less than 30 days before against a lively gatekeeper and former 154 champion.

                      lively gatekeeper?
that lively gatekeeper was already labeled as shot after losing 4 of his last 5.
