Being that this new OST style testing proves that a fighter is on PED's all the ATG fighters of the past were on PED's since they never took OST testing before but have come clean with the old style testing procedure.

yeah they were all on PEDs..in their contracts they were asked to take a 40 million dollar test that both fighters would be subject to..then they made 100 excuses why they didnt want to do it anymore..they also contradicted themselves..oh they also wanted set dates to be tested, which defeats the purpose..so because of that..they are at the least suspected of being on PEDs....um wait...only one fighter did all that!
