Pacquiao only agreed to 3 blood tests. One before the kick off press conference, one during training, one after the fight. Come on Natas.

because it is excessive and invasive. You can have less tests, RANDOMLY and still be just as effective. Further you can even have a cut-off date and still be effective. Again, it doesn't need to be OST. An outside source could work, or better yet, if NSAC implements reasonable RANDOM blood tests into their program then that's the best bet, imo.
