random means random no cut off

i been watching espn news for awhile and havent seen anything on this the other thing is a random test is radom which means not cut off date

see floyd would off gave pac that when pac had the ball in his court but now floyd ppv #'s and the fact he fought shane might just change things so pac now must realize like floyd did by giving him the 10 mil per pound over the limit

pac must now give floyd the random test

Floyd is not asking many to do anything he himself is not willing to do....Sounds fair to me...Floyd is in the drivers seat now, and if paquia doesn't agree to random testing, that just means that he is in fact using ped's.

    Fair is Fair.

14 day cutoff is not a compromise for a RANDOM test. It defeats the purpose.

I've always said that i didn't think that Pacquiao was on steroids when they first were trying to make the fight, and i believe they weren't ready for Floyd..But now, i am 100% convince that they still aren't ready to face Floyd..

Having OST in boxing is a compromise. Don't get me wrong. I would love for pac to take test.

If Pacquiao agrees to 14 days (which he hasn't so far the article was lies) i think Mayweather should take it. He was willing to before the Mosley fight so i hope he would still be willing to, that being said if the Mayweather - Mosley fight does close to 2 million, Mayweather deserves the bigger split of the purse.

I think some people are misunderstanding the concept of random testing and cutoff dates. You can have a cutoff date and the tests are still going to be random. All a cutoff date determines is when the testing will stop. The tests that are going to be conducted from when the fight is signed up until 14 days (or whatever they ultimately decide upon) before the fight is still going to be random. The fighters don't know when or where those guys are going to show up on your doorsteps and start asking for samples, hence the term random.

Now if they were to pick the days in which each individual test would be conducted and the fighters knew when and where it would be conducted then it wouldn't be random.

                That's my two cents anyway.

Pacquiao didn't offer RANDOM, though. He said that he would do one at the fight announcemnt, one 30 days out, and one post-fight.

                    That is scheduled. Not random.
