Fact is pac makes more on a worldwide stage, hence they were promoting the fight as pac vs mayweather outside of american as opposed to mayweather vs pac in america.
You're an idiot to be comparing Pac in his prime and when he's the most popular boxer to when Floyd was still making a name for himself.

Let's compare Manny's numbers without Mexicans before he became a star to Floyd's number before he became a star and I'm sure you're going to shut up when you see the numbers.

Do you think most of those who bought Floyd-JMM were *****s like yourself or do you think they were MEXICANS?

700k against a nobody would have been a great number even for Oscar De La Hoya.

What is even funnier is that this "nobody" (as you say Clottey is) was apparently supposed to be sold as a "tough challenge" for Manny-not even Manny's fans were too hyped up on here a day before the fight.
You guys wanted to say Clottey was a great fighter before the event, but now admit he is a nobody....which is it?

Ofcourse Pacquiao is the biggest boxer worldwide when he almost sells as much as Floyd in Floyd's home country.

Please don't compare Manny-Clottey ppv sales with pre-Oscar Floyd fights. Floyd didn't become a big draw until after the Oscar fight.

Hell-you can add up Manny and BOTH Marquez fights and it still probably wouldn't add up to Floyd/Marquez's single fight.
It was also a fight where all the Pac fans were saying things like (before the fight) "Floyd still has to get through Marquez before fighting Pac",and "Marquez is going to be a tough challenge for Floyd coming out of retirement",then later the sentiments changed after the fight when Floyd made him (a guy who Manny struggled with and most feel he lost against) look ordinary-like he does against most all fighters....

It was only a year later that Manny had fought Oscar, yet only sold HALF the PPVs....yet you think Manny is a bigger draw???
If he was that big,why did Arum have the tickets so cheap in his last fight, that even a welfare recipient could afford them with change to spare-lol-the price of a beer would have been pricier than the entry!

Well it's confirmed, Pacquiao said he will "consider" a cutoff being close to 14 days.

Pac draws more on a worldwide base and that is a fact.

I am sure you will shut up once you start using some logic.
