We had a WW tourney right under our noses!
Looking back now....Floyd was the p4p #1 fighter AND Lineal WW Champ (as much as that might suck...it is what it is)...he took a LOA.
During that time....
WWs ranked during the past 5 yrs....
Mosley - Collazo, Cotto, Margarito....
Margarito - Clottey, Cintron, Cotto, Mosley....
Cotto - Judah, Mosley, Clottey, Pacquiao....
Clottey - Margarito, Judah, Cotto, Pacquiao....
Pacquiao (recent WW addition) - DLH (again it is what it is, a WW fight), Cotto, Clottey....
Looks like an un-official WW Super 6 Tourney to me...with the Round Robin Rules....now we have the top two fighters awaiting to face each other....and yes...I will give Floyd the benefit of the doubt that he would've won very easily against anyone one of those fighters not named Manny up there.
