Props to Shane for breaking new ground in quitting in a fight.
Well, you should have listened to your real estate agent, bud.

i try my best to keep the inner boxing fan hidden...sometimes, performances like saturday make it hard...had to come out and give props

you didnt enjoy that fight did you?
I liked the first 3 rounds. Once Mosley did his twitchy/feinting version of Roy Jones I realized we had been duped again.

There is a reason Haymon paid Berto to step aside. They must've got the gist of Mosley's inability to pull the trigger and swooped in like vultures to pick off a ripe Mosley.

Nothing in boxing happens by accident. Especially w/ these characters being involved.

Yes Mak, I agree with everything you posted, Shane looked like he did against Mayorga in some way, and Floyd...he remind me of Toney in some way you know the way he stayed on Mosley's face all night. He was hurt, adjusted and dominated, counterpunching, leading with those straights, that was a thing of beauty.

I hope Floyd/Pac happens next, no Mosley Pac or anything like it, btw who you think would be the winner?

I told everyone May was gonna let his hands go for this fight, too bad there was no KO, if he would of only pressed a little more rather than get on his comfort zone towards the end. Mosley was there for the taking, he was overcooked and done without his PED's to give him that second wind and power he used all night long against my boy Tony for 9 straight rounds.

First Steve Kim now you lol,

Anyhow yea Mosley did age before our eyes. Mosley wasted so much energy both on his own accord and with what Mayweather was doing it was bound to happean.

Floyd looked brilliant once he was able to dictate the pace and put Mosely on his heels…I imagine him being the betting favorite…however, I did see him buckle and provide openings…I would have no problem picking PAC as someone who can further exploit those opportunities and pulling off the upset

Wow for some reason I expected u to pick Floyd, anyway I always respect your insights, I'd pick Floyd but like you said Pac can exploit every chance Floyd gives him. Let's hope it happens.

Conditioning and speed are HUGE must-haves when dealing with Floyd…we saw a very conditioned JMM but didn’t have the speed to catch him…we saw Shane with the speed but not the conditioning…gotta have both…something PAC has…also, with a performance as superb as last Saturday, if it hasn’t already, the fight should serve as a wake up call for Team PAC and what they’re dealing with…as complete as Floyd looked this past weekend, it would still be hard for me to bet against a motivated, would-be-underdog in PAC

Shane did look old and rusty in their, but Floyd did his part to make this a very impressive victory. There were moments when I thought Floyd was actually going to knockout Mosley. I had a feeling Floyd was going to coast to an easy victory, but he really showed the hunger to win that I haven't seen in him in a long time. And he was stunned badly and recovered. So we know Floyd has heart and can really did deep when he's the one in trouble.
