If anyone showed their age during that broadcast, it was Larry Merchant. I've always been a dedicated supporter of Larry, but I feel it is time for him to hang up the mic. He was very slow with his words, the pauses between statements and dazing off in between were longer this time, and his grumpyness reached a very dangerous level. You've had a great run Larry.

There was too much noise/music going on at where I saw the fights but the little things I picked up him saying after the fight didn't sound too bad, I actually thought he was on point, he was kind of cranky but I think that was a result of him not drinking that scotch before the fight, he looked more lucid to me and actually told Shane off when he said he was too "tight".
