Pac is much more skilled. Can counter better, move around the ring better, use angles better, throw better combinations. And he's been successful against higher caliber opponents, more consistantly.

Tyson was one of the best counter punchers in the game in his prime. Which means he would need great defense. See.. I knocked out 2 things he did better just from that.
