    Who can dictate the terms?

Who calls the shots? Who is the bigger draw? Who has the upper hand in negotiations?

Be honest. I dont really care about PPV's but honestly it is a part of the game now, and to make fights happen or possible this is an important factor.

Mayweather-Mosley is supposed to do 1.5-2 million PPV buys, Cotto is a bigger draw than Shane yet Pacquiao-Cotto did 1.25 million buys.

At this point I think that Mayweather has the moral and moral victory.

Shane bowed to the demands and lost. Freddie did not want Pacquiao fighting Mosley unless Mosley was 143. Both Mayweather and Mosley submitted to the testing and Mayweather drubbed Mosley.

For all of Pacquiao's lauded humility he is awfully obstinate about this testing.

Pac does. Arum will gladly deny PBF the Pac payday and put Pac in with Margarito for another all Top Rank fight if he doesn't like the deal for a Floyd fight. PBF is going to have to do it under their terms or Arum will **** on him and have Pac face someone else.

I would say Floyd, but that doesn't make it okay for him to act like the commission IMO.

The thing is if Mayweather-Mosley does anything over 1.5 milion buys, Floyd wont care. Floyd made $30 million against Marquez and will make $40 million against Mosley if the buys are 1.5 (over $50 million if the PPV buys are 2 million or above)

So thats a potential $70-$80 million dollars in 2 fights, Pacquiao hasn't made that sort of money his whole career.

If Pacquiao fights Margarito, I dont know who will support that fight honestly...No one wants to see that. The whole public and media will **** on Arum if that fight is made...

Floyd can fight anyone and make atleast 25 million dollars. Pacquiao got a $8 million guarantee against Clottey. Negotiations will be hard...

I think Mayweather rightfully does, but as Clyde Barrow says, Arum is far more willing to walk away and forget all about the fight than Mayweather who's clearly desperate to proove his worth against Manny.

So in reality Floyd may have the more accomodating to do in order to make the fight.

Pacquiao is Arum's cash cow...why not make some good money off him before making him fight Mayweather

I don't think testing will be an issue this time. It will be about the money. If PBF wants more than 50-50, Arum will see that as reason enough to not let Pac fight PBF. He couldn't deny the testing this time if a 50-50 deal is reached. 2 balks on that issue will look su****ious. But as long as he makes an effort to renegotiate the PBF fight first, Arum could get away with having Pac fight someone else, as long as they're at least credible. As long as Pac has other options, I don't see this fight happening mate. Egos will kill it.
