I think Floyd hired some peeps to keep him to say politically correct things this time, he didn't snap with how Larry's f***ed up questions thrown at him.

If he could continue to be this way he will gain more hardcore fans who are ticked off by his nasty attitude.
If you read the article on yahoo sports with his lawyer I think its clear. The trash talk was all about hyping the fight. He knows that he is trying to reach a different group. He wants to bring in the casual fans, like those that read Merchants column.

Did you see his commenst in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal? Floyd did none of the Money May BS! Remember how he stayed out of the BS with Zab Judah?

Floyd acts like he talks "I'm in the check cashing business". He could've siad, "I'm a single father supporting 4 kids". Thats really what he is but that doesn't sell fights.

yeah floyd handled the interview well saying correct things and maintaining a touch of confidence akin to arrogance ...

and for this time I listen to what he was saying...

One more thing. I've never seen a fighter handle being hurt so calmly and with so much pose. I've watched and rewatched the parts where he was hurt, especially the second time, where his knee buckled. He was calm, cool, and he even had a relaxed look on his face. No panic whatsoever. It's truly remarkable.

The whole persona thing kept Floyd green for years. I think it's gonna stick.

But perhaps not getting any younger and legacy creeping like jelly, lets see if Floyd makes a run for it.

The win against Mosley I believe made and will make a whole lotta difference in Floyd. It's big in more ways than one.

I think after he beats pac he is gonna follow the ODH plan, fight guys that can make your people (GBP and HBO)and you money (Paul williams, berto).

If Pac doesn't take fight, floyd is positioning himself to fight a "lesser" fighter on "free tv" maybe ABC. Imagine floyd and berto on ABC around the 1 yr anniversary of the haitian earthquake.

What do you care? Floyd got buckled early by a hard shot and he made an adjustment, then clearly won 10 of a 12 round fight.

Stop trying to put an overemphasis on how not seriously hurt he was like it would have even been important if he was hurt, because it makes you look like an insecure crybaby

Floyd's legs and chin held up after being wobbly, but not only that his clearness of though should be praised. He reacted perfectly to a situation he is pretty much never in.

That's how he is..It's kind of weird to see him that relax even when he's consistently beating his opponents..
