Floyd is a counter puncher so he always starts slow, due to the fact that he is trying to figure out his opponents style. So if he ever gets hit it will be during the first 2-3 rounds after that you will notice he doesn't get hit as much. Thats due to him making the necessary adjustments after round 3 onwards. Mosley landed about 8 punches per round, which is a stat which speaks for itself

Don't you think Manny will land some hard left hands/right hooks to the chin of Floyd when he is twice as fast as Mosley and a southpaw?
Wont it take longer to adjust to Manny's speed, left hand and weird angles than Mosley's looping right hand?
*******s before this fight was even a reality = Floyd is a *****. He would never fight a big strong welter like Mosley. Floyd picks on small opponents like blown up "flyweight" JMM. Floyd is terrified of Shane.....no way he will ever go near him after the demolition job he just did on Margarito.

the funny thing is that clottey landed 108 out 399 on pacquiao. While mosley lande 92 out of 452 on mayweather. A difference of 16 punches.Comment

ok,i will respond seriously..1.mosley and pac have completely different styles.2.floyd might not choosse to be as agrresive against pac which would make him virtually impossible to hit if defensive.floyd can fight different ways.the only times he has been cught is when he tries to be the aggressor.(corley,zab,augustus,mosley)but when he decides to let you come on to him like corrales,hatton did then you rarely get to hit him and get ko'd yourself..do you get what am saying?? not hating but i think pac gets ko'd for his aggresive style.I don't think it's irrelevant at all.
It took Floyd 2 rounds to adjust to Mosley's looping right hand that he "would never get hit with" and was hurt badly.
Pac is twice as fast as Mosley, is a southpaw, and hits from weird angles.
Wouldn't you think it will take much longer to adjust to Pac?

i agree with most you said but i must admit floyd is getting more credit from people because he survived those shots and came back with a vengeance in the same round..to be honest everyone is sying he lost round 2 but he outlanded mosley,mosley only landed those 2 big shots,so i sw it a draw but i am not going to complain,just saying.Comment

Did you think Mayweather would get caught by the looping right hand before the fight?
Floyd dominated Shane and is a warrior for almost getting KO'd and coming back winning every round after that. He also gets my respect for not running and potshotting his way to a boring UD.Comment
