IF he agreed then we would have seen them fight March 13. he never agreed and then started insisting a cutoff date.....he said either there is a cutoff date or else im not agreeing(which is what happened)

Pacquiao should take the 14 days cutoff and shut everyone up. In this era of athletes cheating with PEDs, it's pertinent that Manny leave NO DOUBTS about his greatness.

Spot on, if there is nothing to be hidden then take the $40m test but no he dont want it.
