if manny is willing to undergo a comparable testing schedule if its ordered by the commission...then he should accept the schedule - regardless of who's proposing it.

Manny demand for penalty should have meant NOTHING because FLoyd doesnt actually have to do anything except his job to avoid it. Its like your boss telling you "if you do your job you wont get fired". But Manny has to do alot becuase he has to get tested, give his whereabouts, etc.....those 2 demands are not at all equal.

I never said he ducked Pac , they didnt agree on demands, thats negotiating to you. I just didnt like they way FLoyd "demanded the tests"
