Floyd the best? Not a chance. Floyd's best victory was Corrales. Since then, his "genious" management has taken over. Gatti, DeLaHoya, Marquez, Hatton were all past their prime or didnt belong in the ring with Mayweather. Hatton,Marquez were very weak blown up jr.welters. Gatti was shot and was never a welter to begin with. Castillo? Blah.Zab got knocked stiff by Kostya already and Mosely 38 and looked shot. When he "shouldve fought guys in their prime,ie, Cotto, Margs, Cintron, Williams...what did he do? he retired and let those guys kick the **** out of each other for a few yrs. fight didn't happen. Floyd agreed to the money split and
even the 10MIL per pound thing. How can ANYONE say that

All Manny Pacquiao had to do was agree to the 14 day testing
and the fight would have been past tense already. Instead,
he made unlimited excuses and filed a lawsuit against business
people trying to negotiate and make the biggest fight and money
happen in boxing with him. Anyone that says this is Floyd fault
is clearly idol worshipping.

Manny Pacquiao will always agree to the Boxing Commission`s Rules on drug testing, not Floyd Mayweather`s rules. He will never be a slave of his opponents. Meditate on that.

Is the 14 day cut off still a go? It seems as of late that Mayweather says all or none. No cut offs just random testing throughout training like they did with Mosley.
