When the fought could have been made, he walked away due to the 14 day cutoff he's now agreeing to. Fairly ironic in my opinion, and unfortunately, it maybe too little too late. He's no longer in the position to call shots. He relinquished both his #1 P4P status, and his negotiating weight when he refused the fight the first time. At this point he may have no other choice but to go through with the full testing.

We shall see what happens.

theres no way that negotiations will be over and done with now. Its a completly different scenario now especially when the mayweather mosley ppv numbers come out. Theres no way mayweather will take 50/50 and lets be honest he does deserve more. Also got a feeling that since mosley agreed to the full random drug testing, mayweather will expect pacquiao to do it now as well. Bob Arum probably told pacquiao to say this knowing that mayweather is gnna change the negotiations so that they can accuse him again of the one running away from the fight.
