Mayweather isnt going to fight another Al Haymon fighter so Berto is ruled out, They should go after the martinez fight if pavlik isnt going after is rematch, I heard Pavlik weighs 192 a couple of days after his fight with Martinez so he might not want a rematch.Comment

If the fight with Pacquaio isn't gonna happen this is the best fight that can be made, fight wise not money wise. Maybe both. Personally I'd like to see this as much as the Pacman fight.Comment

i love sergio, hes an exciting fighter, always entertains, but him facing mayweather makes no sense to me, i mean he still has a loss to williams, avenge that first, cuz if he beats williams in a rematch and then fights floyd and floyd wins, it'l be like beating 2 guys in one night for mayweather.
like beating mosley, he put mosley and margarito to bed in 1 night.
but i think floyd gave that response in the heat of the moment, his confidence was at an all time high after the fight, i think the pacquiao fight gets made, simply because the fans will demand it so hard.
all pacquiao has to do is give a couple drops of blood to make the biggest fight ever come true, if he doesnt then hes on roids, no doubt in my mind.
wasnt freedie roach james toney's trainer when toney got caught juicing vs john ruiz, so hey you never know.
pacquiao come on dude, either admit u dont wanna get whooped or take the test. hes not afraid of needles wit tatoos, and he says it will give floyd an advantage since he is bigger, but mosley is bigger than floyd and lost, so that argument is even more ******. paquiao's fear is coming into the light, the man is afraid, and i would be too, floyd just destroyed the WW king.Comment

it would be a great fight. better than the one this weekend. martinez is a spring chicken compared to mosley.By Cliff Rold - As noted on BoxingScene following the Floyd Mayweather-Shane Mosley fight, the now two-time lineal World Welterweight Champion Mayweather (41-0, 25 KO) gave an interesting response about the future on Saturday night.
Mayweather was asked if he would be willing, should a fight with pound-for-pound and Welterweight rival Manny Pacquiao not be made, to challenge newly reigning lineal World Middleweight Champion Sergio Martinez (45-2-2, 24 KO). Mayweather stated simply, “It’s possible.” [Click Here To Read More]Comment

How's that a pointless fight? New division to conquer...or try to. It would, most likely, be a great fight! Though, I think Sergio could knock Floyd out, seeing as he was hurt by Mosley. Not taking anything away from Mosley, but Sergio is bigger and stronger. And he would likely push more to finish Floyd, if he did get him that hurt.Comment
