mayweather/cotto, better chin?

they both were rocked by corley and judah..but cotto wasnt rocked by mosley and mayweather was....back then i would have said money has the better chin but now i just dont no..maybe its just that mayweather has a better defense...

Rewatch round 3 of Mosley-Cotto (or was it round 2). And that punch wasn't anywhere near as hard as the one Mayweather got hit with, yet Cotto responded similarly.

Ever since the Malignaggi, Torres and Quintana fights, I haven't been sold on Cotto's chin.

Hard to say. I wanted to say Mayweather but he has such good defense that he hardly gets toughed. Cotto on the other hand has been hit hard by basically every fighter he's fought but he seems to have a decent chin.

He did get rocked in round 3, and that punch wasn't nearly as hard as the one Floyd took. However he did recover pretty fast. Floyd did too.

cotto's chin is not that great at all (no offense Cotto fans)....it got better at 147 cause he didn't have to cut as much....but he was rocked repeatedly by numerous opponents at 140 and got cracked by plasterito.......

Yeah but he never really got knocked out even with Margarito and Pacquiao he kept fighting most people would have been knocked out cold taking all the shots Cotto took I serously think it will have a effect him later in life

no offense taken, cotto has taken a bunch more punishment than floyd yet in one punch mosley had floyd on *****, i mean ellerbe street. nothing more to say there.
