Funny that he didn't want the 14 day cut-off when it was generously being offered. He only accepts it now because he was told AFTER he declined the offer, that he would be asked to take the full testing-no cut-offs,and he knows he has lost his grounds in negotiations.

If it is ok for Manny to claim stake to negotiations and purse splits based on PPV numbers and popularity, it will be interesting to see if he will kneel before the same philosophy that got him the weight, money split and everything else he wanted with Hatton and Cotto...If he believes this to be true,he must bend a little with Floyd's requests for the purse split and the USADA style testing that would benefit both boxers...not much to ask for a clean fighter....
Then why he suddenly accept the 14 day cut off date of floyd after the fight? You will hear floyd excuses again after this. lol

I really don't think Manny wants any part of Floyd.

After the fight pac suddenly accept the 14 day cut off of floyd, he knew that he can handle floyd even if he is not 100% mentally prepared because of the OST.

You don't read too well,or you only see what you want to,eh?
Floyd offered the 14 day window that Manny REFUSED months ago when it was offered, after the refusal,Floyd said that since he refused that if Pac wanted a fight with him,he would have to accept USADA style testing with NO cut off date.Pacquiao knows this-he is in no position to bargain his way out.....he will either man up,or go fight previously beat-up fighters.....

are you going to repy to the rest of the post,or just selected things that you can twist around?
Bottom line-Manny had his chance for the 14 day cut off window,he didn't want it when it was offered as a "now or never" option.
According to Pacquiao,he thought that Cotto,Hatton, etc were not as big of draws as him,so he called the shots, yet now the shoe is on the other foot and he knows he has lost majority claims to bargaining with Floyd....he is trying to choose the original request that he refused and would not happen again.....his credibility from HIS excuses is feeble and proven false. He will have to be even more flexible in future negotiations...
14 day cut-off is like a fond memory compared to USADA's methods of no cut-off....and he knows it.There should be no compromising or fixing these tests if Manny is clean-end of!

lol-You guys and your excuses...He is not disadvantaged from a lack of mental preparations (he has had quite a bit of time to be mentally prepared,he just doesn't have the skills)-he is scared of USADA! lol
Funny how you think Manny needs you guys to make up even sillier excuses than he himself has already made...
