Floyd cant make them pay for a test, thats silly. He can ask them, but their purses arnt much anyway. Its a step in the right direction, to condemn a man for trying to make sure youre not being robbed of your money is horrible.

I'm not sure. I don't think Mayweather is actually trying to clean it up. I think its just a jab at Pacquiao
