Pac vs May, who needs who more?

I think this is a valid question now.

For the longest time, it seemed the general opinion was that May needs Pac rather than the other way around, but now the balance seems to have shifted in my opinion.

Mayweathers utter domination over the men ranked P4P number 2 and 3 at the time he fought them seems to have been more impressive than Pacquiao's wins over men ranked lower down the totem pole, the wins also seem to suggest that Mayweather MAY be the more gifted fighter.

Weather or not that's true can only be proved when the two meet, but in YOUR opinion, who needs the other more?

The reason I think Pac needs May is not because of legacy status but I after watching the post fight interview I actually believe that May doesnt really care about fighting Pac, he just wants to fight the best out there that will be subject to testing, the rest is up to Manny and if it doesnt come about im sure Floyd will be happy fighting for another 30mil against Martinez or someone.
