Why floyd is still afraid to fight pacquiao?

Floyd will probably outweigh pac by 10-15 lbs at fight night but why he is still scared to fight pacquiao in a nsac rules which he used in his last 40 fights?

IMHO. Floyd knows that he will get ko by pacquiao if the fight will be made, he already imagine that if mosley who is too old was rocking him in the fight how much more damage pac will give to him who is more faster, arguably stronger, throwing more weird angle of punches and doesn't gassed out in 2 rounds.

Floyd now has more excuses to duck the fight since he will never accept a 50-50 split.

I hope someday floyd will man up and take the fight.
