What would Pac/Floyd need to do to be the GOAT?

What would Pac or Floyd need to do to be widely considered the GOAT? There can be only one as one may serve as but a stepping stone to achieve this status.

In my opinion the Pac/Floyd winner would need to conquer the MW and SMW to be widely considered the GOAT. Your thoughts?

Literally DOMINATE Pac, Martinez and Williams.

Hes already the BEST fighter I have ever seen.

Id rank him Number 1 I dont care what any one says. No fighter in history has his smarts and skills.

Floyd would have to clean out 140-168.

Pacquiao would have to clean out 135-154.

And all those divisions would need to suddenly become more talented.

They would have to beat the other (Pac beat Floyd or Floyd beat Pac) then hop in a time machine and beat a prime Sugar Ray Robinson to be considered GOAT imo

Not sure i would, but if he beats Pac at 147, Williams at 154 and then Martinez for the undisputed middleweight i would accept people could put him at the top.

For this generation, it is quite obvious Floyd is the best we got.
