Asking Pacquiao to take blood tests is similar to racial profiling.

      You're wrong.

Both are presumed innocent under law.

Any violation of that is an encroachment on their individual and human rights.

The burden of proof is on the accuser, not the accused.

What would you consider sufficient evidence to believe that some are illegal? Some people (the Mayweathers obviously) would consider Pac's success moving up in weight as sufficient evidence to believe that he is on PEDs

          Exactly.

Their argument is: "ooooh look at how he beat up Cotto"...

Thats not enough to impugn a man's reputation and social standing.

          Proof or gtfo.

          I always say.

There is a difference between legal and illegal immigrants. Illegals aren't innocent under the law. The myth is that it is racism because police will be picking up Mexicans. Nobody is putting them in jail just like that. All that will be done is to ask for identification during LAWFUL contact. There is no mention of a particular race in the bill. It is good to look at the bill itself before calling it racist. Because of political correctness people tend to bring up rights and what not in everything. Guess what happens at airports? People with certain names and belonging to certain countries get "randomly searched."
