Collazo ran from a rematch, and ran from the fight that would of made him Berto's mandatory. Also he ran from the welterweight class now. If Cotto beats Foreman, Berto vs Cotto would be a great fight.

if cotto beat foreman, there is a better chance of a pac/cotto 2 for the belt cotto won from foreman...im sure cotto would prefer a rematch against pac (being that e.steward is now training him) than fight someone that hasnt fought the type of competiton that the other welterweights have fought.
