                    wasnt 2 impressed by alvarez's performance considering him being the younger, more active, naturally bigger guy. cotto lost 2 diaz at 135, hes no more then a jr welter at best. this fight was at 150 pounds, canelo had it all set up 2 be a wipe out and he almost got knocked down in rd 1 and didnt do the gamboa vs mtagawa type demolition job i was looking for. hes a very skilled fighter but hes just good for a 19 yr old. thats the 1 thing i took out of this fight. whats bad 2 is that with all this hype, pretty soon the comp is gonna have 2 get better. you cant baby him for 3-4 yrs. being how hes only 19, he might not reach his full potential until hes like 25. interesting 2 see how long until hes thrown into the wolves and how he reacts 2 the challenges.
