    Does anyone know if he choose to keep 154 belts or 160 belts as he had 15 days to deicde and that is today

          He hasn't exercised his his option for rematch yet, besides according to some sources two weeks after the bout he ballooned up to 192.

              Pavliks rematch clause has nothing to do with martinez decision that should be today if he wants to stay as 154 champion or 160 champion
