He is a good ref but maybe he helped mayweather kinda, but tony weeks is good too, but Arthur Mecante Jnr is a great i like him a lot, hope he does khan vs malignaggi cause he always does MSG fights

he kept on warning shane for putting his head down but it was floyd who kept on pushing shanes head down to drain the energy off a 39 year old fighter & bayless probably warned floyd only once.

wasn't as bad as Joe Cortez in the May-Hatton fight...

but your right, we wanted to see them hugging and love-tapping their ribs.

Bayless did fine overall but he never really gave them a chance to fight inside.

He did allow infighting. He didn't allow the pushing and holding though. He would say "Fight it out fight it out"

Tony Weeks is a punch nervous refree now since Levander Johnson died in one of his fights. This thread is way off. He made a horrible stoppage in the Alvarez-Cotto fight last night. This thread is really suprising to say the least.

I agree, he killed the action at times, it was annoying..

Bayless was jumping in a little too quick, we didnt get to see much inside fighting.

i agree. i thought he did fine.

he said if he saw "hard" grabs, he'd jump in and break it up.

soft grabs, he'd allow the fighters to fight out.
