So how are people suddenly saying that Floyd will dictate the terms if he were to fight Pacquiao? Pacquiao is still the cash cow of boxing. I understand that Floyd more than likely will win a bout with Pacquiao, that doesn't change that Pacquiao is more of a draw than Floyd is. PPV #s while important don't change the fact that Pacquiao is easily more recognizable world wide. He has a better story and more impressive victories as of recent. He fights coming up, Floyd is always getting accused of fighting down.

I honestly fell asleep during some of the middle rounds.

"story" doesn't bring money. PPV sales is all that matters.

And the illiterate Pacquiao is FAR behing Mayweather in PPV sales.

Whether you like Floyd or not, the bottom line is that against common opponents, Floyd has owned Pac in ppv numbers, and last nights show probably did DOUBLE the buys (or damn near) that Pac-Clottey did. And in this business, the numbers are all that really matters when it comes to who is "dictating the terms"..............

I like point fighting at times but c'mon..... Pac-Clottey was the single most boring match I have ever watched. I rather have watched GSP wrestle for 25 minutes than see Pac-Clottey.

That's fine...I like watching Pacquiao fight but the Clottey fight was nothing...Clottey didn't wanna get caught and seemed to just give up once he realized Pac was too fast...go out on your shield...
