how was the british commentary of mayweather/mosley?

As already stated, they nuthugged Floyd to extents that even I found irritating, but having just rewatched the fight with HBO's broadcast I have to say I prefer them. The American team just seemed to be such downers about everything.

Since I was pretty messed up last night and couldn't truly enjoy it, I rewatched the fight with the British commentary. I have to admit I enjoyed their commentary and you guys are right about them ****riding Mayweather. I chuckled when they mentioned about Floyd coming to the UK and that it would be something amazing. They act like Floyd is God. I thought they did a good job though.

From what i gather listening, it just seems like they appreciate him for what he is. The UK always appreciates a talent, the american commentary doesnt stack up to these guys, they sound like they care, ****riding or not, those dudes have energy, my nicca jim watt was beastin in round 2

The british commentary team were a right royal disgrace, they were completely one-sided since the start. They never even battered an eye lid when Mosley had mayweather in the 2nd, instead they hyped up mayweathers recovery and ring prowess.
The commentary team must have been on the take...

Even though they were nut-hugging floyd I agree with everyone that says that they are much more exciting then hbo. They have way more energy, the hbo commentators talk too much about things unrelated to whats going on in the ring. They are pretty good too but all of them are a little boring. They should keep steward and merchant and replace lampley with one of the showtime guys or just someone else who is better
