MMA isnt a street fighting art anyway. Try shooting for a double or single to take someone down on a sidewalk and you could break your knees or get your face driven into the concrete and ko'd.

He will have to knock BJ out cold for it to work and BJ got a better chin than pretty much anyone Pacquiao has fought. Not to mention he is going to outweigh him significantly.

This fight will take less than 10 seconds to reach the ground, 2 of wich are in close combat quarters.

BJ Penn would RAAAAAAPE Pacquiao. He would have very little chance.
Neither would Floyd for that matter (people might think im just hating on pac).

BJ, besides being pretty much 10lbs heavier is extremely skilled in all aspects of mma and is a world class athlete.
He was also a frequent street fighter in his younger days which would give him the most experience in that out of all of them (i would guess)

Im not sure Pacs athletisismt is way better than BJ's. BJ is one of the best athletes out there.

Kimbo isnt something because he is ****. BJ is the most technically sound mma-fighter of all time.
His streetfighting experience is more a testament of him being ready for it mentally.

As strong? Plenty.

As fast? As in fast hands? Noone ofcourse. There is none as fast in mma.

As skilled in what? The essential skill for it not to reach the ground is wrestling. Pacquiao has no skill in that from what we know.
