But even if Mayweather dominates Pacquiao they will still make an excuse.

after the floyd/pac fallout... floyd gets the advantage with quality of opponent. PLUS his performance was impressive. so it all boils down to what the official PPV numbers are. if the numbers come in over 1million PPV (which is easily achievable), then floyd wouldve trumped pac 2-0.... putting biases aside, the fighter that brings in the MOST money dictates negotiations. team pacquiao made CRUCIAL mistakes in a business sense. the moment floyd/shane was signed, pac was in a worse position. period. pac needs better management.

another boring fight from PBF, dictate the term my ass, the great manny pacquiao will not be dictated by pbf that's for sure. moseley was old and slow, everybody who isn't a pbf nuthugger saw it. he was right for the picking against pbf as the betting odds will show you. he doesn't have a chance and pbf cashed in.

Mayweather agreed to Pacquiao's terms in ring size, glove choice, purse split, weight penalty but the one thing that Mayweather asked, Pacquiao refused. It has already been shown that fighters have beaten the tests in Nevada(Shane) so why not have a higher level of testing especially if you're clean. I guarantee you that Mayweather will concede the same terms and Pacquiao will continue to try to hide behind the current Nevada standards unless the boxing commission steps in and says that all major titles will be contested under the Olympic style testing.
