ODLH words are known quite long of lacking credibility so he should better STFU! Floyd could not dictate his personal term to Pac by by-passing the NSAC terms pertaining to random blood tests, that's for sure! because PAc right now is not a lesser fighter who just earned less than $10M per fight to agree for Floyd's personal terms! Pac has his stature he should stand to as P4P #1 or granting he is co-equal to Floyd, why should he give-in to Floyd's personal terms? This is not a question of whether Pac is clean or not, but rather a more on bismerking Pac reputations who is known as consistent passer of blood tests under the commonly used NSAC rules by most of the boxers who had fought in Nevada. As Filipino, being accused of something that most knows you're not is a vivid personal insult, and taunting him to submit himself for further examination under his accuser term is a salt rubbed to his injury.. so how can one expect Pac to accept this? To go away with enticing $25M is unimaginable but so through with Floyd, but who ever made the first salvo to torpedo negotiation should bear the blame and responsibilty of not taking the possitive side of the negotiation! The fact, Floyd could not change the sports on his personal terms by beginning with Pac while all boxers around him, past, present and future are using this NSAC rules, unless he would lobby for this in the right court under right procedure.. but while is yet to be incorporated to the NSAC rules, the existing rules should and must be implemented to any fighters fighting within the Nevada state! I repeat, this has nothing to do with anyones's personal conviction whether you believes Pac is clean or not, but rather more on abiding by the rules imposed by the NSAC!
