I don't know what Floyd has to prove by saying that. IMO, I think that was the hardest shot he'd ever taken in a fight. His knees buckled....HARD. He was in survival mode the last minute and a half of round 2. Floyd is a cannibal beast though. He ripped out Shane's heart, chewed it up, and spit it back in his face.
The shot that Chop Chop Corley hit him with was pretty brutal, and it clearly had him hurt. I believe him if he says that that hurt him worse than the blow from Mosley. However, it didn't seem like he was hurt as much by Judah as he was by Corley and Mosley.
i don't know...i'm not Floyd...so I nor anyone else can answer that question but him...u know...seeing how he fought all 3 of the said fighters and all....but then again what does Floyd know?
thats BS, zab didnt really hurt him, just stunned him. corley had him hurt for real though and in trouble, but he was hurt really bad against shane too. he kept his head cool but his legs were gon for a while, seemed to recover much quicker against chop chop.
dont know why he feels the need to act like he wasnt hurt, probably cuz it was his defining fight and he feels being hurt ruined his masterpiece. imo it makes it more impressive, everyone knows shane can really punch so theres no shame in being hurt if he clocks u. doesnt mean u have a glass jaw, mean u are human. but to dominate like that after coming adversity makes his performance only more impressive.
Either way Floyd definitely got buzzed, I think if he hadnt grabbed Shanes arm and held onto it he would have gone down. He was in survival mode the rest of that round, but, he pulled it out and dominated the rest of the fight.
