Why do people act like Floyd had nothing to do with Shane getting tired?

He had something to do with it sure. Don't act like Shane being old isn't why it happened so early though.

Shane was exhausted because Floyd made him work too hard. Guys like Cotto and Marg were in front of him. Didn't make him think as much. When you're constantly worrying about getting tagged plus landing a solid punch on the other guy you use up more energy.

or who refuse to see it was Margarito who 'ruined' Cotto, if anyone did,

or who refuse to see Clottey was just a hand-picked, in-house fall-guy paired with Pac in an obviously stage-managed mismatch of styles,

or who refuse to see the message Team Pacquiao send out by not embracing the Olympic Standard Testing,

I stated on this forum right after he beat Malignaggi that I didn't think it was a good performance in any way, shape or form, that Malignaggi was on the downest side of an awful year and had nothing for Hatton, that Floyd Sr. was all wrong for Ricky and that Pacquiao would eat him up if the fight was made and he came out like that.



I like Manny. Quite a lot. He was my desktop wallpaper for the longest. But Floyd has taken a LOT of unfair **** in the past 3 years, even for his most understandable actions. And now he deserves some credit. IMO.
