Pac fans any different? They gang up like little bitches giving red k out when anyone says anything they don't like about Pacquiao.

You are obviously blind in the fact that we are just stating that Merchant didn't give ANY credit to Mayweather what so ever. Oh the *******s on this forum.

            He's a hater...

            That's for the record...

This old hag takes 5 minutes to get one sentence out...
Yup, his time is over. They should let him go. In fact, they should switch the whole HBO team.

Try and watch the SkySport broadcasts. They never discredit a great fighter, e.g. Mayweather.

The big ****ing obvious difference is that they are journalists - their main goal is to be as objective as possible. Larry is just being plain bias and a hater.

Er, they are not journalists. Not one of them. Larry is an ex-journalist, now he is a boxing analyst. Analysis is part and parcel of having an opinion and one opinion may differ to another opinion, but it doesn't mean someone 'hates' or is biased. I've never heard Larry say something that wasn't part of a common thread of established thought or fact, and thought "you lousy old black-hating bastard". He is a great, old-school commentator. He is not there to hype fighters. He pisses against big trees and is unafraid to ask confronting questions, and sometimes the truth hurts.

The 'old hater' expressed his admiration in no uncertain terms at the end of the post-fight interview. "Congratulations on another brilliant performance" or words to that effect.
