Stylistically if Pavlik was tailor made for Sergio.....Floyd would be the worst fit for that dude. Sergio has no fundamental game and he isnt breaking through Floyd's defense on pure athleticism. Now the ugly part....what in the world defensively is Sergio gonna do against a more accurate and crisper counter puncher than himself? Juke the hell out of him? LMAo Now lets get uglier...what happens when Sergio gasses out later like he did in the Williams and Margo fights? I know you haters think this is the fight you want and the dude you want to beat mayweather.....but remember.....Shane was that dude right up until saturday night. Styles make fights not animosity

If Flyod beats Martinez, then Williams, or Pac. I might become fan of his. I dont care about his loud mouth as long he backs it up and beats up everyone!!!

Right he must be terrified of of Paul Wiliams. He fought Shane Mosely but Paul Williams wouldve been too much. Those 1300 pitty pat punches and endless defensive mistakes and lack of balance would scare anybody such bull****. Williams is so incredibly overated he's good but far from great. Martinez would be a good fight because he is quite a bit bigger, he's very fast, and he boxes although I think pbf wins a close desicion cuz martinez defense is too porous. guys that throw a lot of punches just give pbf more opportunities to counter. Pbf is scared of no one sergios a tougher fight than pacquiao people need a reality check. If you think a volume puncher has a better chance you're relying on the premise that they might get lucky. PAC is great but PBF doesn't need to think he reacts.

Berto if he pressures Floyd will easily knock him out, that's why he doesn't want to fight Manny. Manny won't let him think about his game plan. He will apply to much pressure with too many punches. Same with Paul.

LOL what? This post is ******ed...

            1. How is Williams a mandatory? That applies when you own a version of that title in another division. Williams does not own the WBA title at 154. I think that only applies when you move up anyways. Williams would be moving down.

            2. Berto would KO Floyd? LOL what? Berto would get broken down so easily by Floyd, and unlike Mosley he would keep coming forward but his chin wouldn't hold up for 12 rounds. He'd get stopped late. Berto has absolutely no boxing skills or movement. That's not gonna cut it against Floyd. Maybe it'll work against a more stationary opponent like Clpttey. Berto doesn't punch hard enough to KO Floyd either.

I just saw the video where he says it, and he looked like he was serious. He said he actually thought about facing Martinez during the fight with Pavlik!

Itd be awesome for boxing fans but no one outside this forum knows who Martinez is.

This is the perfect fight for Floyd. After the first round of the Williams Martinez fight, you could see what was going to happen. I am sure Martinez will agree to full testing. No catch weights needed for this fight either.
