it very close now... but in my opinion, the p4p #1 can't lose his spot unless someone takes it from him. if floyd wants it, he has to go get it from pac himself

That is ****ing ******, so if Pacquiao fights fighters with more losses than wins for the rest of his career, he won't lose the P4P #1 spot?

Hey Manny started getting hot in 2003 with his win over barerra. After that hes been elite so lets say he got the award for those years.....but Floyd missed 2 years completely not fighting any, so he had 8 good yrs and Manny had 7 and yea he fought better fighters as of late but Floyd went MIA for 2 yrs. Even if Manny fought ok fighters in the beginning of the decade, its WAY better the retiring and not figthing anyone for 2 yrsThe experts can vote for whoever they want. Right now Floyd Mayweather is the man at WW and he's at the top of the P4P rankings, he's #1. It's a new decade, the king is back and he re-took his thrown.
My favorite fighter, Roy Jones, won fighter of the decade for the 90s. Am I going to use that feat in arguments to say he's better than another fighter, no. I am sorry, but you will have to do better than that.Comment

He gave it up when he retired...you know how people say a yr of no fighting means you should be removed from rankings, like Margarito......So a new Boss was chosen and until Floyd beats the new boss he cant be #1
I would say they are both tied at #1 and need to fight eachother to elect the real #1Comment
