Bull****, Why you think I have Williams over Cintron? I give him credit for the win, because officially it was a W. But like I say circumstances, styles and when and where matters a Cintron did won every round and hurt Williaams. SO you cant count that W so high.

And, before hand the best win in Lattimore career was win over Powell

P-Will record is 2-0(1ko) at 154. A win over Cintron who is in your top 10 and a stoppage victory over Phillips who again during this time period has a win over Spinks.

So I don't understand how you can have Spinks>P-Will. They both have two fights at 154 in the last 26 months. And, Pwill has the better record and more importantly has a better record with the common opponent.

The thin you fail to see, is that Spinks was ranked higher than PW at the time of this fight, Plus PW was off the ranks when he move to MW. So for rankings pourpuses Spinks is higher, but I now totally understand what your saying!!!!

Welterweight ranks are utter ****. Mayweather is the best in Welterweight, followed by Shane and only then Manny. But P4P, Manny is the #1 (or maybe #2). His skill is not in being a good fighter at Welterweight, but his ability to maintain a high level of ability across so large a weight span.
