How the hell is Floyd gonna "Gatti" Shane??

This is one of the most foolish statements I've heard in a while. Mosley has pretty much every physical advantage over this guy. He's bigger, stronger, punches harder, has longer arms and can match his handspeed.

I'm getting tired of people complaining about Mosley's age. It wouldn't even matter if he was a middle aged man right now. What does that have to do with the fact that he's got skill? Style wise this is a VERY tough fight for Floyd, one that he's even capable of losing. And remember, a lot of you guys think Floyd is an overrated, normal fighter with no skill. If that's the case, then shouldn't Shane be able to knock him out easily? So why are you saying the exact opposite?

I got Floyd by 116-112 type decision. To say he's gonna "Gatti" a skilled fighter with all of these advantages over him is foolish, and to say he doesn't deserve any credit if he doesn't KO Shane is just flat out ******ed. Its gonna be a very hard fight for him, probably the hardest in his entire career. I'd pick Shane to school every fighter in the WW division right now, aside from Floyd and Pacquiao. But I wouldn't be surprised at all if Floyd did lose tonight. I wouldn't even be surprised if he got KO'ed.

If Mosley somehow gets KO'ed brutally or dominated in every round, feel free to bump this thread and give me hell. I'll openly accept whatever you throw at me. I just really doubt its gonna happen, and these statements are very ****** (especially the one where someone said that Floyd doesn't deserve any credit if he doesn't KO Shane).

Very possible. But I think Floyd will win on points.

Floyd isn't "Gatti"ing no one. Against a bigger, stonger opponent, he'll only let his hands go so much. But I do hope he brings his A game and has a great performance.

I think its out of bounds to say something is ******...people were saying others were ****** when prediciting a Pac TKO over DLH and Cotto.

I happen to be on the side saying that Floyd will "Gatti" Mosely as well...doesn't make my opinion any less valid than yours.

That would be expecting a lot from Floyd considering Shane really only got whooped bad 1 time in his whole career and that was not even comparable to the Gatti fight.

I think Floyd can outbox Shane and as he frusterates Shane he could possibly start to put it on him but frusterating Shane is one of the keys to beating him and even if Floyd does that who knows how far he will (or can) press that advantage.

He will perhaps "Gatti" him on the punch stats. Id like to see if Shane can land 25% or his punches, I cant see that happening.

                  Now that seems more reasonable.
