Saul Alvarez is promising, but he is SOOOOO young and inexperienced, and even though the guy can draw a crowd back home he gonna be on such an enormous stage tommorow.

Jose Cotto is a tough customer. Not too talented, but tough as nails. He gave Juan Diaz hell in there fight a while ago, although he clearly lost.

I think Alvarez will win the fight, but i just took a peak at the odds and Alvarez is a 10-1 Favorite!!!! and Cotto is a 6-1 underdog!!!!

I was VERY suprised. I wont be suckered into taking the bet tho, cause i think Alvarez will win the fight.

HOWEVER, interestingly enough the OVER/UNDER 7.5 rounds, and the OVER is at +155. I LOVE that bet. Cotto has NEVER been stopped and has only lost ONCE. And like i said, the dude is TOUGH and has heart.

Your thoughts? I don't kno TOO much about either fighter, but i've seen them both several times.

Alvarez is a 147/154. I think he'll be a 154 from now on maybe he'll grow into a bonafide 160.

They said he struggled to make 147. Right now this fight looks like a joke. Cotto isn't RJJ or Hopkins.

But I really can't wait to see how Canelo develops in the future. I'd like to see him get in the ring with guys like Matt Hatton or Estrada in a few years.

Alvarez is too small for 154. The fact that he weighed 150 at the weigh in just means he didn't take this fight seriously. Against a decent fighter like Cotto, that could be a mistake.
