Tonight, live on Showtime, we will have a very interesting triple header. Any one of these three bouts can turn into hot fight. The first bout of the evening will pit undefeated heavyweight contender Samuel Peter (20-0, 17 KOs) against seasoned heavyweight Jeremy Williams (41-4-1, 36 KOs) for the vacant North American Boxing Federation (NABF) heavyweight title. Peter is being groomed as the next big thing in the heavyweight division, we hear it a lot in the heavies but some say this kid got the stuff. Jeremy Williams is less then impressed with Peter's punching power and predicts that he will knock Peter out.
In the evening’s second televised bout, IBF Super Middleweight Champion Jeff Lacy (17-0, 14 KOs) will make his ifirst defense of his title against the always tough Omar Sheika (26-6, 17 KOs). Lacy is on the road to superstardom and Sheika is in his path. Both men love to throw power punches and everyone seems to agree that this fight will not go the full 12 rounds, one man will be on his back before the night is over. [details]
